PM Assessment - People

On the road to competency development of project management personnel - the first step will be an assessment of capabilities in terms of knowledge, skills and attitude . (ASK).This assessment also becomes a pre-requisite for understanding training needs .

Why do a people assessment ?

•  To identify training needs
• To improve knowledge , skills and attitudes of project personnel
• Use it as basis for identify present and future human resource requirements
